Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between [Company name], [registered address] (“we”) and the professional firm that signs up (“you”).

The service

We provide practice-management software for Chartered Accountancy firms as a hosted service. You are responsible for the work you do for your clients; due dates in the software are maintained with care but must be checked against official notifications.

Trial and subscription

• The free trial lasts 14 days. No payment details are needed.
• Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Prices exclude GST, which is added to each invoice.
• If a trial ends or a subscription lapses, your workspace becomes read-only. We do not delete your data on expiry, and you can export it at any time.

Your data

You own your data and your clients' data. We process it only to run the service, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement. Data is stored in India.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other firms' data, or send unsolicited messages through it.
